		<description>My wife and I were discussing about our future house (don't know when that will be though) and we came to a common conclusion (just like yours I guess): it should have a decent size yard...and we are ready to live in a smaller house for that. :) 

Having a yard symbolizes some kind of a freedom for us...after having lived in apartments forever.

I think you will get used to the train rumblings...but may be you should check if having those train tracks nearby will make the house difficult to sell in future. Just my two cents. :)</description>
