		<description>Thanks, it's taking me longer than I expected to get everything together, let alone start hashing out some article ideas - but an email to kick me into gear is never frowned upon!

My "Art Background" began with a lot of painting/drawing in high school, progressed into art studies in college - mainly graphic design, art history, and art appreciation. The kind of lead up to me studying web design in my free time which lead to my current career as a web designer.

Alas, the soul is fickle, so now I'm studying finance to try and get a better grasp (and because design has become less of a 'joy' and more of a 'chore for work').</description>

Btw, when you say a "strong art background" do you mean like paintings (or fine art) or performing art?</description>
